Peace and prosperity to the people of Uzbekistan was wished by Ilko Slachev who completes
his mission as Charge d'Affaires of the Republic
of Bulgaria to Uzbekistan. He expressed
his sincere gratitude to the leadership of the country for his help and support
he has felt throughout all four years of work in the country.
Foreign Minister of the Republic
of Cyprus Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis
paid a visit to Uzbekistan.
During the visit, meetings were held in ministries and departments of the
country.

Visiting Uzbekistan as part of joint efforts to
further the bilateral interaction, a United Kingdom Cabinet member, co-chair of
the British Conservative Party Baroness Sayeeda Warsi met with Deputy Prime
Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, chair of Women’s Committee Elmira
Bositkhonova.
The largest international tourism fair ITB-2012 took
place in Germany.
Uzbekistan
took part in the event along with representatives from 187 countries.
Ronald Keller, Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands with residence in Moscow to
the Republic of Uzbekistan, paid a working visit to our country.
