Indian Embassy in Tashkent
has organized a reception to celebrate the ITEC Day (India’s Day of Technical and
Economic Cooperation). It was attended by representatives of ministries and agencies,
faculty and ITEC alumni from Uzbekistan.
In London, the British-Uzbek Society held a workshop on
the History of Uzbekistan, where participants were representatives of the
British Parliament, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, expert and the
business communities, universities, and members of the British-Uzbek Society.

JATA Tourism Forum & Travel Showcase 2011 held in Tokyo. The exhibition was organized by the Japanese
Association of Travel Agents (JATA).

(long-term, ethical tourism) held in Brussels.
