the capacity of information services and media structures of governmental institutions
and NGOs is always in the spotlight of state policy.

The family of Oybek Yakubov and Charoz
Atajanova is young, but firmly stands on its feet. Both of them were born in
Khorazm. After finishing school they entered a college. Charoz qualified as a
primary school teacher, and Oybek chose a path of an economist. Later on,
having moved from Khorazm to Tashkent, the
couple continued their education: Oybek is to graduate from Tashkent State
Economic University
this May and the beauty Charoz is the first year student of Master’s degree
course at Tashkent
