Kamolot youth social movement discusses goals and prospects for future
activity

The Third Congress
of Kamolot YSM turned a significant event in the life of socially-active and enterprising
youth of Uzbekistan.
It brought together the delegates from the district, municipal and regional
branches of the Movement, members of the Senate and deputies of the Legislative
Chamber of Oliy Majlis, officials of ministries, agencies and public organizations,
representatives of various sectors of economy, spiritual and educational
sphere, and mass media. The participants touched upon the important issues of
development and education of young people, presented various reports. The
meeting was crowned by the adoption of the Charter and Program of Kamolot YSM
in the new edition.

The passing year has brought many new achievements
and victories to the most active and enterprising citizens of Uzbekistan who
took part in grant projects of the Fund Forum, Mehr Nuri Public Foundation,
Social Initiatives Support Fund and Women's Council Republican Public
Association. The winners were honored with certificates, prizes and gifts
within the gala-concert of Yangi Avlod – 2011 Children's Art Festival. The
finals of the traditional competition Woman of the Year 2011 with the
announcement of holder of this high and honorary title became the spotlight of
the holiday.
The Youth
Creativity Palace
has sparkled with bright lights again ahead of New Years Day, filling the
hearts of myriads of young people with a holiday mood. It's time to sum up the
hard work, search and discovery. 550 finalists from across Uzbekistan gathered
in the nation’s capital where they displayed their projects, engineering
products, scientific discoveries and creative works on December 9 - 20, 2011.
Finally, the most exciting day and hour came to announce the winners of Kelajak
Ovozi – 2011 national contest.
