demonstration seminar took place in Samarqand to show the ways of delivering seeds
of melon and vegetable crops and seedlings to the population and social
institutions.
A
big part of the seminar was assigned to the cultivation of vegetables, melon
crops and fruit trees in home gardens and areas under social institutions, and along
roadsides of farmers’ fields. Quality seeds and seedlings are provided by
specialized shops and markets, as well as more than a hundred of mobile auto
shops.
