As it is known, the development of a strong social policy is an important and necessary task of a transition period. The Soviet rule left us many problems that had resulted from superficial and half-baked policies, and it is clear that the state cannot resolve all at the same time. Therefore, the state, the society and even business are in need of NGOs assistance in the solution of these problems. In terms of business, this would mean the determination of concrete directions both in social protection and charity.
