The State
Museum of Communications History
has hosted a seminar addressing the issues of introduction of the program
SKM-MUZEY, created for the management of the State Catalog of national museum
fund, to the work of the state museums of the republic. The seminar attended by
heads and workers of museums from all regions of the republic and
Karakalpakstan.
Specialists
state the program SKM-MUZEY allows to unite all data about museums, their
exhibits and funds. It has been worked out in the Center of Certification
and Computerization under the Ministry of Culture and Sports after detailed
study of all programs of international level taking into account their
shortcomings. The program has already been applied in the State Museum of Arts
of Uzbekistan.
The seminar attendees were provided with practical recommendations on its
introduction.
