A large amount of investment can be attracted by using the Kyoto Protocol mechanisms: projects of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). Sultan Chorshanbiev – 55 years old man from Miraki, Kashkadarya region, has above mentioned characteristics. He built a house, brought up one daughter and two sons, planted not a tree but a whole garden. He changed one of the deserted areas of Miraki into blooming garden.
