The passed year was full of bright and
interesting events, creative meetings and grandiose projects that repeatedly
brought together in the capital those renowned culture and art figures from
across the globe. The major ones were noted by the Academy
of Arts at the traditional creative
review TOP ART 2011 that was held in the Tashkent’s
Uzbekistan Hotel.
O’zbekiston TV channel has started broadcasting
the television festival of amateur folklore collectives Ko’hna Zamin Ohanglari
(Melodies of Ancient
Land). Local viewers have
already seen the performances of groups from Andijon and Karakalpakstan.
The State
Museum of Communications History
has hosted a seminar addressing the issues of introduction of the program
SKM-MUZEY, created for the management of the State Catalog of national museum
fund, to the work of the state museums of the republic. The seminar attended by
heads and workers of museums from all regions of the republic and
Karakalpakstan.
In the aim of further development of tourist
infrastructure, providing complete information on the potential of travel
industry of Uzbekistan there has been implemented the project directed to the
demonstration and development of tourism and investment potential of Zomin
district of Jizzakh region.
An event occurred in the Savitsky
Kapakalpakstan State Museum
of Arts has evoked huge
interest in specialists. During restoration of the canvas of the painter
Mikhail Sokolov (1885-1947) “Mist on the River” a portrait was discovered under
it.
Born in the Uzbek land, Felix Yan-Yanovsky initially
imbibed those special features and diversity of national culture that
afterwards found its reflection in his multifaceted creativity. Music by Feli[
Yan-Yanovsky amazingly combines the national and modern. The composer considers
that both of them inseparably linked with each other. At the creative evening
organized in the State Conservatory he presented the audience with his new
products that were seemed bold in combination of timbres and orchestral
solutions.
A single system of long-term preservation of
biodiversity, biological resources and inimitable natural landscapes has been
created and successfully implements in Uzbekistan.
The Association of Korean National Cultural
Centers of Uzbekistan
hugely contributes in upbringing a new generation and further development of
culture, traditions and values of nationalities and ethnic minorities.
