Andijon region is considered the major
industrial center of the country by right. Along with it, the region places
leading positions on the development of system of training young specialists in
association “college-enterprise.” Every student of graduation course is
provided with a place for undergoing practical training with further
employment. It allows preparing specialists qualifications of whose fully meet
the requirements of the employer. Furthermore, major works are being carried
out here on organization of production on material-technical base of
educational institutions for to increase the quality of training cadres.
“College-enterprise” tandem
Among close
and fruitful tandems is the cooperation of the Oltinkul Agricultural
Economic College
and Oltinkul Agrotehservis MTP Ltd. The cooperation goes developed because
these two establishments are located on the opposite sides and students should
not go anywhere. Another favorable factor for cooperation is the multisectoral
activity of the enterprise. Today, it is not only a machine-tractor fleet where
farm tractors and combines are ‘wintered’ and repaired. Baking house, café,
sewing shop, beauty saloon and service center is located on its territory.
Besides, the enterprise also runs stockbreeding complex that deals with cow
breeding, poultry and bee-farming. In short, there is everything to provide
every graduate with place for undergoing practical trainings on his/her
specialty.
“We are
lucky with our neighbor and simultaneously, partner, indeed,” puts the deputy
director on practical training of the Oltinkul Agricultural Economic College
Ilhom Ibragimov. “Our students are proud to undergo practical trainings in this
enterprise. As, among others, Oltinkul Agrotekhservis MTP Ltd is the only
center in Farghona
Valley that is empowered
to make the warranty repair of Claas combines. It encourages students and they
aspire to demonstrate high results in learning in order to get the job in this
enterprise.”
With an eye to prospects
“Work in
tandem “college-production” is a guaranty of qualified training of specialists
of the present,” underscored the head of the Andijon regional department of
secondary special, professional education Nozimjon To’htaboev. “Together with
it, the material-technical capacity of professional colleges allows to train
cadres due to modernization of production and introduction of new, enabling
technologies. Training workshops of many colleges have equipments that are only
projected to be set up in enterprises. For example, today an irrigation system
is equipped with cutting-edge automated systems of water allocation. Not by
chance the Marhamat College of Agriculture and Water Economy was chosen the
center for retraining of specialists, as training grounds of the college has
all those equipments that function for several years already. For to use these
opportunities efficiently we open enterprises on the basis of the college. This
is another way of demonstrating students the cutting-edge advanced technology
in action.”
Thus, a new
enterprise that will be founded by the Asaka Motor-Car
Construction College
is in the stage of registration. It should be noted that it is for three years
on the base of training workshops of the institution to the order of
GM-Uzbekistan the forming details for Nexia and Matiz vehicles have been
produced.
“The new
enterprise will contribute extending the assortment of products manufactured to
the order of GM-Uzbekistan,” shared the plans the headmaster of the Asaka Motor-Car
Construction College Sirojiddin Yoqubov. “Besides, we will have more
opportunities to train all those willing to welding. These educational services
are in demand in the town, while we are able to render them. The fact that the
idea of creation of a small-scale enterprise under the college is possible
could be backed in the example of the Marhamat Agro-Industrial
College where it is for
the second year works the shop on manufacturing of dairy products Marhamatsut.”
“In 2005
training workshops of our college were equipped with the Polish milk processing
facilities,” says the headmaster of the Marhamat Agro-Industrial College
Rahmanberdi Otajonov. “The workshop operates after classes. We manufacture sour
milk, baked milk, sour cream from whole milk procured from local farmers. And,
finished products are used in the school kitchen and shops in our settlement.
By the way, our products are popular with locals.”
In chime with the main
“Rigorous
discipline is kept in all colleges with production,” underscored Nozimjon
To’htaboev. “Learning is in priority, for the production needs the equipments
are used only after classes. Proceeds are used for procuring active storages
for organization of practical trainings and technical service of the existing
equipments. Only involved specialists deal with the production. Yet, students
and teachers can always enter the workshop. It is necessary for students know
much about their future profession. “
