Implementation
of the Program on Consolidation of Economic and Technical Capacities of Higher
Education Institutions and Cardinal Improvement in Training Highly Qualified
Specialists in the part of building and reconstruction of blocks of higher
education institutions gets started. By the end of 2011 builder start their
work in 11 objects, four of which are construction of new learning blocks.
The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special
Education has announced winners of state scholarships for the 2011-2012
academic year from among students of undergraduate and postgraduate courses,
135 young people in total.
It has been noted that schoolchildren of the
rural school №20 of Shovot district of Khorazm region more frequently than
others win prize places in republican contests on geography, while among
graduates there are many who choose the geography their profession. What is the
secret of such success? It is in the work of school geography teachers
Jumanazar and Tohir Matchonovs, consider representatives of the regional
administration of public education.
High-profile tutors-scholars at the Tashkent
Architecture and Construction Institute with participation of students and in
conjunction with specialists from appropriate organizations take an active part
in solving pressing issues on conservation of architectural monuments,
projecting and preparing documentation on the construction of new objects,
development of new high-performance building materials.
Last year the system of advanced training of
young teachers got developed in schools, as well as dissemination and
multiplication of better pedagogical experience based on the centuries-old
traditions of our people Ustoz-Shogird (Master-Apprentice). The Ministry of
Public Education of Karakalpakstan started cooperating with journalists for to
increase its efficiency.
Parameters of construction, reconstruction and
complete overhaul of academic lyceums, professional colleges and general
schools for 2012 have been approved. The next year, construction of 34
secondary special education establishments is planned.
Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special
Education and Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan
in conjunction with Cambridge University are launching the state-run enterprise Training-Experimental Center of High Technologies. It will
have laboratories of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology and Geophysics
outfitted with cutting-edge scientific-research equipments and tools at the
total cost of over ?3.4 millions.
