High Technologies in School Essays
Schoolchildren pen freelance composition
Sardor Bakiev, UT
To write an essay on free composition is still schoolchildren’s most favorite tasks. What do they write in their essays about? It turns the topic of another quick survey held by UT correspondent among key specialists from general schools of the republic. It appears that quite frequently children write about changes occurred in places they live where industrial projects put into exploitation.
“Many of works are dedicated to the Soda Plant,” tells the headmaster of the specialized school ¹37 of Qunghirod district Ughiloy Khujaniyozova. “And it is natural, as the launch of the Plant changed the life of locals. People got new job places. The district started application of high production technologies. Our community has many new families that moved here from other settlements of the country. After all, the Soda Plant provides the whole republic with caustic soda. And, all of it gets its reflection in essays of schoolchildren.”
Up to now the main theme for schoolchildren in Navoi region was the local Mining and Smelting Combine and everything linked with it. Today, children prefer to write about enterprises that have recently been opened here at the Free Industrial Economic Zone (FIEZ). The headmaster of the school ¹5 of Karmana district Dilbar Ahmedova dwells upon this: “Children like to think over high technologies, new materials that are produced and used in manufacturing of various good at the FIEZ Navoi. Quite frequently children share their views and ideas on how they see the future of the zone and how they want to contribute to its development.”
New theme has been appeared in essays of schoolchildren in Surkhondaryo region. By the way, the first at that were the schoolchildren from Sariosiyo district. Here, Olmaliq Mining and Smelting Combine has launched the development of deposits of nonferrous metals. And, children started to write in their essays how these major buildings would contribute in the development of the region,” concluded the headmaster of the school ¹12 of Sariosiyo district Ghofurjon Fattoev.
Children of almost all settlements throughout the country have their favorite themes of “free” compositions. They feel pride of new industrial objects and imagine themselves working there. And at that time, teachers keep assisting their pupils in gaining the assigned tasks, by training them the rudiments of the chosen profession.
