At all times a
book was a live word of a writer helping children to know the world around
them, find friends and their place in the world, to feel themselves important.

The scientific
methodological workshop on “Serial nomination on art of petroglyphs of Central
Asia” took place in Samarkand
under the aegis of UNESCO – IICAS (the International Institute for Central
Asian Studies).
The row of artisans located in the old city
part of Andijan can be called the Outdoor workshop. Tens of workshops settled
in a small street adjoining the central peasant market. This is not just the
place of selling hand made goods but a peculiar arena where object lessons in
folk trades can be held. The history of this unique place throws back.
International
theatre day is the holiday of stage masters and millions of spectators loving
and honoring theatre which is widely celebrated by all theatres of Uzbekistan.
Traditionally this day they present the audience with their best performances
and premieres.
On the
threshold of the Navruz holiday Kumovul village, Urtachirchik district in Tashkent region has held
a regional stage of the show contest “Legacy of ancestors – basis of future”.
