Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information
and Microsoft Corp. have signed an agreement on cooperation in information and
communication technologies.
Navoi Mining and Metal Plant in the last year
completed several investment projects which in the near future will allow it to
increase production capacity.

further development of interactive services to the enterprises of the sphere.
President of Uzbekistan approved the proposal
of the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance and Central Bank of Uzbekistan
for an additional subscription of the republic to 8,157 shares in the capital
of the International Development Association (IDA).
