Uzbekistan is developing a draft Budget Code. A special interagency group for the
code drafting has held a round table in Poytakht Business
Center to develop
recommendations and suggestions for further improvement of the code.
On January 1, 2012 Uzbekistan introduces a new rule
which obliges some groups of imported consumer goods to be marked with special control
signs of identity before entering the market.
