Last year, the most titled wrestler, Arthur Tajmazov, did not change his mind about participating in big competitions. Meanwhile, the team traveled to Minsk for training camps and participated in an international tournament for the prizes of Alexander Medved.
Does the Wrestling Association of Uzbekistan have a "second" Tajmazov, who can repeat the success of the triple Olympic champion? There is no answer yet, as preliminaries for the main game are ahead. However, the coaching staff has hopes for young people, who in recent years have shown good results in the World Championships as well as the last Asian Games.
Uzbekistan Today correspondent interviewd the press-secretary of the Association of Wrestling of Uzbekistan, Ruslan Valiullin.
