The Uzbek Foreign Ministry official paid a visit November 3 to the Embassy of Romania in Tashkent to make a record in the Book of Condolences in connection with announcement of three-day mourning in memory of people, who died in the result of fire in Bucharest on 30 October.
At that day the Colectiv club in Bucharest hosted a free rock concert by the band Goodbye to Gravity. Up to 400 people were inside.
Survivors say the fireworks caused fire on ceiling and pillars, which produced heavy smoke.
135 people were delivered in several hospitals in Bucharest, including those 88 in critical condition.
According to Euronews, three owners of the club have been arrested on charges of manslaughter.
