Uzbekistan and Oman to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan has hosted the talks with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sultanate of Oman to Uzbekistan Mohamed Said Mohamed Al Lawati.

The two sides exchanged views on the outcome of the 43rd session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which was held on October 18-19 in Tashkent.

Mr. Mohamed Said Mohamed Al Lawati congratulated the Uzbek side on a successful start to the chairmanship of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers.

The sides also discussed proposals to strengthen the ties established between the two countries and prospects of further development of bilateral cooperation.
