The crew of the South Korean KBS TV company plans to visit Uzbekistan for preparation of “Super Asia” programme, one of the series of which will be devoted to Uzbekistan, NAEMM reports.
The main goal of the programme is not just demonstration of the rich cultural and historical heritage of Uzbekistan, its diversity, rich culture and traditions, but also to show to South Korean viewers the country's economic achievements over the years of independence.
NAEMM for its part has expressed its readiness to assist and support the South Korean counterparts in filming of the program as part of its media-international project.
In recent years we can note a great interest of major foreign media companies in preparation of media production about Uzbekistan. A spectacular example is the last year visit of Russian film company "Masterskaya", which has prepared together with NAEMM and showed to Russian viewers the film "Uzbekistan. Sand’s Pearl", that has got a great popularity not only in Russia but also in the CIS countries.
Other examples are Magna Mana Production / Mineworks Film German Film Company, which is now preparing a documentary entitled "Uzbekistan - a fantastic country", and Compass Inc. – Japanese broadcaster recently visited Uzbekistan.
