Uzbekistan plans to use Japanese technologies to preserve and study artifacts

Presentation of a new project "Cultural heritage of Uzbekistan: application of advanced scientific technologies in the preservation of historical exhibits and manuscripts" will take place in Tashkent.

The presentation will take place in the framework of the international media forum "The Crossroads of Times: The Great Legacy of the Past - the Basis of an Enlightened Future".

The presentation of the project will be carried out by a special scientific employee of the Miho museum - Dr. Sergey Laptev.

The scientist sent a greeting to the organizing committee of the forum: "This is the second time this year that an international media forum has been held in Tashkent to study and publish the cultural heritage of Uzbekistan in collections of museums around the world. Each time the project expands its geography, presenting to the scientific community and the general public all the new regions connected with Uzbekistan, including Japan, which I represent. I sincerely wish the participants and guests of the forum new successes in studying the treasury of the ancient culture of Uzbekistan and its role on the Great Silk Road, and the scientific leader of the project E.V.Rtveladze and his author F.F.Abdukhalikov - new creative successes! "

Currently, Professor Laptev is preparing for two reports, which will be delivered as part of the presentation of the project "Crossroads of Times: The Great Legacy of the Past - the Basis of an Enlightened Future". He will acquaint the audience with the new technologies and equipment of Japan on the exact definition of the age of museum exhibits. And his second report will be devoted to research on the composition of the glaze of Central Asian monuments.
