Just good and very good news for programmers

The next protocol of the meeting of the Coordination Council of the Innovation Center for Support of Development and Introduction of Information Technologies "Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center" was published, norma.uz informs.

There are two news for program companies in it - good and very good.

Good - the proposal of the Ministry for the development of information technologies and communications has been accepted to retain privileges and preferences for companies registered in the National Register of Software Developers (www.software.uz) before January 1, 2020. It should be reminded that the register was created in accordance with the RP-2042 from September 20, 2013.

Very good - the list of activities that make it possible to qualify for the status of a resident of the Innovation Center has been expanded. Now they include the release of software (codes of the NCEA (National classifier of economic activities) - group 58.2).

Group 58.2 "Software release" includes:
58.21 ─ Production of computer games
58.29 ─ Production of other software (National Classifier of Economic Activities, approved by the RCM dated August 24, 2016 No. 275).

Also, the Coordination Council decided to grant the status of a resident of the Innovation Center to 53 legal entities.

In total, for today, 81 companies are residents of Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center.
