It includes children under the age of 18, pregnant women in the RSSPMC of Obstetrics and Gynecology, patients with endocrine diseases in the RSSPMC of Endocrinology, oncological diseases in the RSSPMC of Oncology and Medical Radiology, tuberculosis in the RSSPMC of Phthisiology and Pulmonology, as well as sexually transmitted diseases in the RSSPMC of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology. These patients will be provided with free assistance if there are diseases, pathologies and other criteria approved by the Ministry of Health.
Beneficiaries are also persons of draft age who received referral commissions.
In addition, it was clarified that free assistance is provided to persons who are not only receiving financial assistance in self-governing bodies of citizens, but also being registered there as members of low-income families.
It should be reminded that earlier in the list were included: invalids since the childhood; round orphans; invalids of I and II groups; invalids and participants in the war of 1941-1945, as well as persons equated to them; non-working pensioners by age; participants of the labor front during the war years of 1941-1945; Persons with disabilities who participated in the liquidation of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident; soldiers-internationalists.
