A native of the Andijan region graduated with honors from the Central Asian State University (now National), for many years he held a number of responsible posts, including the Institute of Nuclear Physics and the Department of Thermophysics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Committee for Science and Technology. Many of his ideas have been applied in such areas as physics, energy, chemical industry and medicine. The scientist was a laureate of the Beruni State Prize, was twice awarded the gold medal of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
"Academician Pulat Habibullayev made an invaluable contribution to the development of science," said Dr. Siradjiddin Zainobiddinov, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, laureate of the Beruni State Prize. - He was a great scientist, the author of more than five hundred scientific articles, prepared many students. As a result of his activity in our country, the production of radionuclide medical equipment is organized, which is necessary for diagnosing the majority of infectious diseases.
