This and other innovations follow from the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On improving the order of conducting introductory test tests in the baccalaureate of higher educational institutions of the republic".
In addition, there is an admission to higher educational institutions in the areas of education in the spheres of culture, art, design, fine and applied art, art history, architecture, music education, sports and physical education, requiring special talent from applicants, through creative exams without conducting introductory test tests.
The resolution specifically defines that, starting with 2018/2019 academic year, it is allowed to conduct entrance test tests in stationary and additional prefabricated pavilions of the National Exhibition Complex "Uzexpomarkaz", as well as in the Olympic Reserves College in regional centers or in the buildings of other institutions with a large capacity in order to ensure the transparency and openness of the test test process for the public, in particular, for the parents of the entrants, the possibility of video surveillance on-line is provided.
To ensure the safety of testing, prevention of negative events, the organization of the broadcast of the test test on-line, the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan was charged with the acquisition of means of identification, video recording equipment, metal detectors, monitors and prefabricated pavilions within the "Safe City" system with their subsequent transfer for free use to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in quality ve state property on the operational management.
At the same time, the resolution instructed the State Testing Center, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, the Ministry of Public Education, and the Ministry of Justice to submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on amendments and additions to the legislation on strengthening existing and taking new measures responsibility of participants in the testing process.
The process of testing, ensuring the quality of test tasks, studying the experience of foreign countries in the field of dentistry, as well as systematic training of specialists in advanced foreign educational and scientific institutions will be perfected.
The Resolution establishes the Foundation for the Development of the State Test Center's Activity at the State Testing Center at the expense of the off-budget funds of the State Testing Center and increased fee-paying revenues of higher educational institutions (up to 5 percent).
