The inventory will be combined with a simultaneous registration in the Cadastral Information System and the transfer of information on them to the tax office for the implementation of sound taxation.
Working groups will be set up for the implementation of the inventory, consisting of a number of representatives of the Department of Land Resources and State Cadastre, State Unitary Enterprise of Real Estate, Land Management and Cadastre, Department of Architecture and Construction, Tax Inspectorate, Department of Internal Affairs of the region (city), and the councils of citizens’ assemblies of relevant communities, cities, towns, and villages.
All the immovable property of legal entities and individuals will be inventoried, including those used, lands occupied without authorization, as well as constructions without cadastral documents.
No later than two weeks before the start of the inventory, the councils of citizens’ assemblies of relevant communities will be provided with the lists of persons, property whose is subject to inventory. The councils no later than 10 days before the inventory notify individuals and entities on the inventory and within a week present necessary data to the State Unitary Enterprise of Real Estate, Land Management and Cadastre on individuals who own real estate.
A full inventory is planned to be completed by the end of 2017.
