Unmanned Aircrafts to Fly Now under New Rules

The State Inspection for Flight Safety Supervision of the Republic of Uzbekistan has introduced some changes and additions to the Rules of Flights of Civil and Experimental Aviation.

It is determined that during the flight of unmanned aerial vehicle (hereinafter - UAV) UAV operator is obliged to have a guide to its preparation for flight and control.

Flight is carried out in the daytime, normal weather conditions and in the presence of a constant visual contact with UAV.

It is important that UAV flight must be performed at a distance of not less than: 30 m away from the people, buildings, vehicles; 150 m away from recreation areas, playgrounds, sports venues and events; 5 km away from airfields, helipads, government departments, railway and road stations.
