According to the press office, the virtual office receives hundreds of complaints and suggestions on a daily basis, as well as letters of thanks in connection with the positive solution of the citizens’ problems. The bulk of the complaints related to requests for help in getting the consumer and educational credits, to solve the issues in the communal area. Uzbekistan citizens also complain about the bureaucracy and red tape in local government.
The press office also states that problems of many people have been solved within one or two days.
Virtual office of Shavkat Mirziyoyev opened September 25 at the government portal gov.uz. Users of the site can leave their applications, complaints and suggestions through a special form. The regional representative offices of UzLiDeP are also available for complaints and suggestions.
