The Regulation has been published on legal service of state bodies and organizations, as well as the Regulation on class rank employees of the legal services of state bodies and organizations. The new rules have made a portrait of the country’s legal service.
The main character, as in the past will be a legal adviser, but the qualification requirements for them considerably tightened.
Only a person who has a law degree can work in the position of the employee of the legal service or legal adviser, writes www.norma.uz. Head of the legal service should also have experience in the legal profession for at least 2 years.
The state bodies and organizations may inaugurate position such as legal adviser assistant. This position can be occupied by a person with higher or secondary special education in law, as well as a final year undergraduate student or graduate student of higher educational institution studying jurisprudence.
Persons nominated for the first time to the position in the legal service, undergo internship in justice bodies.
Appointment and dismissal of the legal service employees in state bodies and organizations are made in coordination with the Ministry of Justice and its territorial divisions.
