The university’s prorector, I.Rahmatullayev, and others said that consistent reforms being implemented in the sphere of education in the country helped to train highly-qualified personnel. A law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On education” is an important basis for this sphere.
Today thousands of qualified specialists who graduated from this higher educational institution effectively work at state and nongovernmental organizations and prestigious educational establishments. This year about 2,000 young men and girls graduate from this university.
Graduates held a direct dialogue with employers at the job fair and signed agreements with various enterprises and educational institutions, taking into account the professions that they had learnt and their interests.
A fourth-year student of the journalism faculty of the university, Dilnoza Jumaniyozova, successfully passed a job interview with representatives of the editorial office of the Turkiston newspaper,
“I participated in the job fair and found a permanent job according to my profession,” says Dilnoza Jumaniyozova.
Last year’s results show that 90 per cent of the university’s graduates found jobs. After signing agreements with employers, the university’s management constantly monitor its graduates’ employment status. Employers praised young specialists.
“All the candidates who passed job interviews with our specialists displayed profound knowledge and adequate professional ability,” says the chief of the personnel department of the Namangan Regional directorate of public education, Sohibjon Ergashev.
