Sumalak is a traditional Uzbek dish, which is usually prepared in the days of the celebration of Navruz.
To prepare this amount of dish, 2 tons of sprouted grain, 2 tons of flour, 1 ton of oil and other ingredients will be used. To make this amount of sumalak, the same cauldron will be used, which was also used for the production of a record 7 tons of pilaf in Tashkent. For the whole night 25 women cooks will be on duty at the cauldron.
The preparation of the dish will be accompanied by songs and dances.
