New Rules of Providing Internet Services to Be Introduced

It is proposed to introduce a rule whereby to provide subscribers with access to the data network will be possible only in the evidence of the user’s identity and account of used web resources, with the preservation of the data within three months.

Users of the Single portal of interactive state services are discussing a draft order of the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications, according to which it is proposed to introduce amendments to the Rules of providing data network services, including Internet services.

Subscriber will be considered as a user of telecommunication services, entered into a contract with the operator or provider of telecommunications.

The draft order stipulates that the contract between the operator, provider and subscriber can be in written or in electronic form.

Operators and service providers are to be required to have a system of information and inquiry service for the convenience of providing free and paid services.
