The State Inspectorate for Supervision in the Sphere of Communication, Informatization and Telecommunication Technologies will develop new methods of supervision and cellular companies will improve the quality of communications, Internet connectivity and call center work.
On the board of the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan the attention of heads of cellular companies was drawn to the need to improve the quality of telecommunications services offered to the population.
The State Inspectorate for Supervision in the Sphere of Communication, Information and Telecommunication Technologies was requested as soon as possible to develop new, modern supervision techniques to ensure the quality of communication services.
The meeting participants noted on the need for constant monitoring of the quality of services of landline and mobile connection to the Internet and telephone.
Separately, it was pointed out the need to improve the work of call centers in terms of raising the professional level of the staff.
