Now the Academy is engaged in the training of senior executives, the retraining of senior executives and the upgrading of the skills of senior executives.
Admission to the Master’s Program of the Academy will be contested solely from the number of persons recommended by state authorities, state and economic management, as well as public organizations and business entities of the country.
The candidate must be no older than 40, have a basic higher education and at least 2 years of managerial experience. At the same time, initial selection of candidates is organized on the ground, and later the Academy conducts testing and interviews.
For students who study with a separation from production, for the entire period of study the position will be kept at the main place of work as well as the average monthly salary.
Also, students of the Master’s Program of the Academy in the period of training must undergo the qualification practice and internship in the state authorities at the local level, structural subdivisions of the state and economic management bodies, as well as state organizations and NGOs located outside their permanent residence. The term of such practice and internship may be up to one year.
The educational process will be conducted using modern interactive learning technologies. In addition, the Academy will attract on a contract basis highly qualified specialists and experts from leading universities, research institutions, research centers, including those from abroad.
Successfully completed the training in the Master’s Program, working in managerial positions in public authorities, state administration, state organizations and NGOs, for a period of 5 years, a monthly allowance is supposed - up to 20% of the official salary (regardless of other stipulated surcharges and allowances). At the same time, the distribution of the persons who graduate from the Master’s Program to the relevant positions and places of work is approved by the President.
Those students who fail to complete the Master’s Program are obliged to reimburse 50% of the total amount of all payments they received during the study period in their main work place.
