Information about the introduction of changes is categorically untrue, according to representative of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education.
Internet users have been recently shocked by the news about the proposal to introduce in 2016 the norm, according to which the students who receive ‘C’ marks, will be transferred from the free to the paid tuition. Moreover, they all will have to return to the state all the money spent on their education in high school.
Specialist of the Ministry, who is familiar with the text of the Budget Message, assured that there are no such proposals in the document.
In addition, the source added that if the proposals were in the process of developing the project, they did not come from the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, as the agency does not support such initiatives.
In addition, he reiterated that the document, adopted by the lower house of Parliament, does not contain such rules.
