Tashkent University of Information Technologies and Inha University in Tashkent have signed a memorandum of understanding in educational and scientific processes.
Tashkent University of Information Technologies is one of the oldest universities in the country which has been training specialists for development and implementation of information and communication technologies in all sectors of the economy for more than 60 years. However, it is evident that IT- technologies – is a rapidly growing sector of economy consisting of a great number of directions. It is obvious that today no university can solve the issue of training staff for all industry vectors. That is why Inha University, in front of which was set a task – to lay traditions and develop training staff for e-government system, internationally recognized programmers, was opened in Tashkent almost three years ago.
The new university will prepare professionals in logistics for ICT sector from 2016-2017. International partner of IUT is Inha University (South Korea), the recognized world leader in IT staff training.

In the framework of the memorandum IUT and TUIT will cooperate in academic exchange of students and exchange of experiences between teachers, research and administrative staff. The universities will also exchange experience and information on educational and methodical work, curricula and programs, conduct joint lectures, conferences, exhibitions, and other events.
Experts are convinced that cooperation between the two universities will be useful for training of specialists in whole.
This rapprochement will facilitate accelerated upgrade of educational and scientific process using the best international experience in Tashkent University of Information Technologies. By the way, this university actively develops cooperation with foreign experts. It is no accident it became one of the first universities in the country where the post of vice-rector is occupied by a foreign specialist – Chul Soo LEE. Cooperation with Inha University in Tashkent gives new opportunities in this direction, because here lecturers are invited specialists only.
In its turn, the fundamental experience of training specialists of the capital university will be useful for Inha University in Tashkent.
Both universities will actively cooperate in educational process and conducting activities encouraging students to gain new knowledge in the course of the partnership.
Одним из ключевых направлений взаимодействия станет сотрудничество в области исследований, в том числе между Центром развития инновационного сотрудничества в образовании, науке и производстве ТУИТ и Центром инноваций и промышленной кооперации
IUT. Вполне возможно, что в рамках такой кооперации могут появиться совместные разработки.
One of the key areas of cooperation will be partnership in research, including between the Center of innovation cooperation in education, science and production of TUIT and the Centre of innovation and industrial cooperation of IUT. It is possible that joint projects will be implemented within such cooperation.
