During the evaluation of the level of learning the senior pupils are trying to help each other in solution of tasks that interfere with objective evaluation of the quality of the learning process.
Representatives of the State Testing Center rebuked all district evaluation commissions of education institutions in Tashkent. They say that school teachers should pay more attention to preparing their students for the attestation procedure, in terms of behavior during examinations.
The main goal of the district evaluation commissions of education institutions is to carry out the evaluation of the activities of schools and preschool education institutions. Evaluation results of these commissions lay basis for the State Testing Center to accredit school or not. Accreditation is mandatory for all institutions and serves a mechanism to promote the quality of education in accordance with the state educational standards.
However, the activities of the evaluation commissions are also subject for analysis by the representatives of the State Testing Center in order to eliminate shortcomings in their work and ensure proper quality evaluation of education institutions.
