The Ikuo Hirayama International Caravansarai of Culture of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan opens a solo exhibition by a young artist Sevara Kasymova ‘Creative Flight.’ The exhibition timed to the Year of Attention and Care for the Senior Generation displays about 60 works of the author – portraits, landscapes, and still-lifes.
The artist likes to create in the genre of portrait. She prefers to depict in her paintings the people close to her: parents, grandparents, friends, colleagues, and others.
“In portraits I try to reveal the aesthetic inner and outer beauty of a person, and especially like drawing women,” the author says.
Currently Sevara Kasymova study in the masters courses of the Kamoliddin Behzod Institute of Arts and Design.
“Along with those genres I create to date, I want to try new directions as well, including surrealism and abstraction,” the artist notes.
The exhibition lasts to the fourth of July.
