From January to September this year, the geography of foreign supplies of domestic products has expanded to 52 new markets.

Since the beginning of the year 835 new enterprises involved in export activity, and 246 new types of goods introduced for export. In particular, vehicles have been exported to the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Ghana, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Somalia, Nigeria; wine and alcohol products to Japan, China, the USA, Israel, chemical products to Poland, China, Turkey, South Korea, Latvia, Afghanistan, mineral fertilizers to Sweden, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, sport shoes and leather products to Belarus, Azerbaijan, Poland, South Korea, etc.
As a result, for 9 months of the current year the volume of exports of goods and services increased by 1.4 percent compared to the same period of 2015. The volume of exports increased of polyethylene, knitted fabrics, cotton fabrics, pharmaceuticals and medical products, molybdenum and tungsten products, soda ash, trucks, and other products with high added value.Due to the adoption of additional measures to promote domestic horticultural products for export, including the creation of a specialized foreign trade company ‘Uzagroeksport’, the volume of exports of fresh and processed fruit and vegetable products for 9 months of the current year exceeded 543 thousand tons, increasing by 40.4 percent over the same period last year.
