Responsibilities:

Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (Regional/Hotel Project) / CODE - AJ03

Responsibilities:

  • Being project-in-charge, lead and participate in initiation, planning and execution phase of construction and renovation projects of hotels and service apartments in regions of Uzbekistan. 
  • Determine the project objective and prepare cost estimates. 
  • Liaise with key stakeholders by providing innovative concepts and develop complimentary products and services for the project.
  • Work closely and coordinate with internal departments and external parties including landlord, designers, consultants, suppliers, contractors, government departments, and other relevant stakeholders on project planning, progress follow up, project issues, status review and service quality maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • As the in-charge person for the cotton cultivation and processing, determine project responsibilities, objective and specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; prepare cost estimates and system load calculations.
  • Develop project schedule, project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements. Sequencing project elements. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress. Coordinating activities; resolving problems.

Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (Regional/Construction Project) / CODE - AJ06

Responsibilities:

·         Manage the construction projects in Uzbekistan including quality control, progress monitoring, value enhancement and overall site administration.

·         Responsible for all construction project activities and resources allocation with relevant stakeholders including proposal of solution and decision-making.

·         Lead and supervise the entire site team from developer to consultants to ensure compliance with all statutory and development agreement requirements, industry requirements and other specific requirements for carrying out works on site to ensure works are carried out within timetable and budget.

·         Monitor and review site planning; construction program; sequence, quality and progress of works; and preparation of statutory submission by contractors.

·         Progress, quality and budgetary control; liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders including government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal departments.

·         In charge of overall accounting cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of new affiliate-wide information systems, as needed.

Responsibilities:
